Regal Rewards - Terms & Conditions
 Membership Enrolment
1.     Enrolling in Regal Rewards program signifies your acceptance to the full program terms and conditions which is available at www.loyalty.regalhotel.com. Regal Hotels International reserves the final decision on the interpretation of the terms and conditions of Regal Rewards program.
2.   Guests are eligible to Regal Rewards membership enrolment for free after checked in at any of the Regal Hotels for the first time. The validity of a membership will be 1 year (12 months) from the day the membership is approved by Regal Hotels International.
3.   Regal Rewards program is open to individuals aged 18 or above only. Regal Hotels International reserves the right to grant, refuse or terminate Regal Rewards membership at its sole discretion.
     
 Membership Benefits
1.   Regal Rewards members can enjoy the membership benefits during their next visit after successful enrolment. If the members submitted the membership enrolment with complete information upon check-out and the room rate has fulfilled the criteria of earning Regal Rewards points, points will be granted for the qualifying spending of room bill in that visit.
2.   All membership benefits including but not limited to discounts, promotional offers and vouchers usage will only be honored upon presentation of a valid Regal Rewards membership card by the member in person. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or membership offers unless specifically indicated otherwise.
3.   Regal Rewards membership is a personal membership and for the member’s benefit only. The membership as well as its benefits and accumulated points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other account. Each member would only be eligible for one membership. Neither membership benefits nor the points would be combined if multiple memberships are applied by a member.
4.   Membership would be upgraded if the members fulfilled the membership qualifying criteria. Members can enjoy the benefits of upgraded membership tier in their next visit except the validity of Regal Rewards points will remain unchanged.
5.   All membership benefits and welcome amenities are subject to availability and hotel’s arrangement.
6.   Platinum members may be upgraded to Executive Club Floor and enjoy its facilities and privileges for a maximum of 3 nights per stay.
7.   Alcoholic drinks and restaurant services are not available at select-service hotels, including but not limited to Regal iClub Hotel.
8.   Members must provide written notice to Regal Hotels International to terminate their Regal Rewards membership. All benefits and privileges will be ceased and all points will be forfeited upon the confirmation of Regal Hotels International.
     
 Membership Upgrade/Renewal/Downgrade
1.   Members fulfilled the qualifying criteria within the membership year would be upgraded/ renewed/downgraded. The qualifying criteria are minimum 1 stay for Classic membership, 5 stays or 10 nights for Gold membership and 15 stays or 30 nights for Platinum membership.
2.   Membership upgrade will be processed as soon as the members fulfill the qualifying criteria while membership renewal/downgrade will be processed after membership expired in 1 year (12 months). The upgraded tier of membership will also be valid for 1 year (12 months). Members can enjoy the benefits and privileges of upgraded tier in their next stay.
3.   The qualifying criteria for membership upgrade/renewal are limited to the room physically occupied by the members only.
4.   A minimum period of one day must elapse between stays. Members check out and check in again on the same day would be counted as one stay.
5.   No-show or cancelled booking does not fulfill the qualifying criteria and will not be counted for membership upgrade/renewal.
      
 Regal Rewards Points
1.   Regal Rewards points will only be granted for qualifying spending including designated room rates, food and beverages, laundry services and spa services on the room bill of participating hotels. Designated room rates include published rack rates, online best available rates, local corporate rates, worldwide corporate rates, consortia rates, promotional rates, long stay rates and government rates and must be booked direct with Regal Hotels, brand website, contracted online distributors appointed by Regal Hotels International and Global Distribution System but exclude no-show charges and cancellation penalties; food and beverages include mini-bar items, dining at restaurants, cake shops purchase and room services but exclude banquet, meeting packages, function room charges, happy hour, tips etc.; spa services exclude product sales. Regal Hotels International may update the qualifying spending from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
2.   Members must be the registered guest, the payer of the room bill, possess a valid Regal Rewards membership and settle payment in full to earn Regal Rewards points. The bill paid by an organization, association or group does not qualify for earning Regal Rewards points.
3.   For each room at designated room rates, only one member will be granted points. If multiple rooms paid by a member, only the room physically stayed by the member can earn points. Spending of previous stays prior to successful enrolment of Regal Rewards membership would not be eligible to any points.
4.   Gold and Platinum members can earn 1.1 points and 1.2 points per HKD/RMB1 spent on qualifying spending respectively.
5.   Regal Rewards points will not be granted for 10% service charges, tax of accommodations charges and cash advance.
6.   Regal Rewards points are valid for 12 months from the join date of membership, i.e. a point cycle, plus an associated grace period of 6 months for redemption. The accumulated points earned in a particular point cycle will be forfeited after the associated grace period.
7.   Regal Rewards points will be credited to members’ account within 2 weeks after check-out. In case of any dispute on point calculation, members are required to send an email with membership number, registered full name, stayed hotel, arrival date and departure date to regalrewards@regalhotel.com within 2 months from the check-out date. All records are subject to the computer records of Regal Hotels International. Retro-claiming of Regal Rewards points is subject to the computer records of Regal Hotels International and its decision shall be final and conclusive.
8.   Members are responsible to provide a valid email and correspondence address to enable Regal Hotels International to communicate with the members and provide information to the members. Members can access their online account on www.loyalty.regalhotel.com or send a request to regalrewards@regalhotel.com to update their correspondence details. Regal Hotels International shall not be liable for any loss of the members due to non-receipt of communications or information.
     
 Redemption
1.   To use Regal Rewards points to redeem prizes, guests must have a valid Regal Rewards membership.
2.   All redeemed rewards must be consumed by the designated Regal Rewards members in person.
3.   Complimentary room upgrade redeemed by Regal Rewards points is subject to availability. It is applicable for designated room rates and the room physically occupied by the member only. Prior reservation is required.
4.   In the event of a reservation is amended, the associated room upgrade redemption will be re-confirmed which is subject to availability.
5.   In the event of a reservation is cancelled where pre-requisite cancellation rules are met, the associated room upgrade redemption will be cancelled. Regal Rewards points will not be deducted. In the event of a reservation is cancelled where cancellations rules are not met, the associated room upgrade redemption will be forfeited and the used points will not be recovered.
6.   In the event of a no-show, the associated room upgrade redemption will be forfeited and the used points will not be recovered.
7.   Instant rewards must be consumed during the current stay and cannot be extended or cancelled after redeemed.
8.   Free buffet breakfast and free use of meeting rooms inside business centre are not available at select service hotels, including but not limited to Regal iClub Hotel.
9.   Free spa service is only available at Regal Riverside Hotel and Regal Airport Hotel.
10.   Regal vouchers redeemed by Regal Rewards points can only be used for settling the outstanding balance on room bill by the designated Regal Rewards member in person. Members must present the voucher upon check in to enjoy the offer.
11.   Regal vouchers will be valid for 6 to 12 months from the date of redemption is made, subject to the terms and conditions printed on the Regal voucher. Members are responsible for using the redeemed vouchers before expired. Regal Hotels International shall not be liable for any loss of unused vouchers and the associated points will not be recovered.
12.   If Regal Rewards members use the Regal voucher as deposit for their booking of next visit, the booking must be confirmed and materialized within 3 months.
13.   Regal vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash, other products or services which are not included in the room bill. If the bill is less than the face value of the Regal voucher, no change will be provided.
14.   The value amount settled by Regal voucher is excluded from earning Regal Rewards points.
15.   Use of voucher is subject to the terms and conditions printed on the voucher.
16.   Regal voucher redemption will take 4-6 weeks to process and arrange delivery.
17.   No replacement or refund if voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
18.   Asia Miles will be credited to Regal Rewards members’ registered Asia MilesTM account within 10 weeks with complete information provided by the members. It is subject to the terms and conditions of Asia Miles.
19.   All redeemed rewards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled. All used points cannot be recovered.
     
 General Terms and Conditions
1.   If Regal Hotels International terminates its affiliation with any hotels or partners, the benefits and services at that property as well as the products and offers provided by that partner will not be awarded. Regal Hotels International assumes no responsibilities and liabilities for changes or discontinuance of any partnership.
2.   Members must ensure that their online membership account information (including member login and password) is not disclosed to any unauthorized parties. Regal Hotels International shall not be held liable for the consequences of any unauthorized use of online membership account information, including but not limited to unauthorized redemption of Regal Rewards points, subsequent to disclosure of their account information by members.
3.   All information collected from Regal Rewards members will be used by Regal Hotels International and its affiliate companies for marketing purposes and Regal Rewards membership maintenance only in accordance with the privacy statement of Regal Hotels International.
4.   Regal Hotels International has the right to terminate Regal Rewards program, change, add or delete any of the program rules, terms and conditions, benefits, rewards, reward levels, conversion rate and promotional privileges pertaining to the program, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice.
5.   Should a dispute arise, all terms and conditions will be based on the English version. The decision of Regal Hotels International shall be final and conclusive.
