Membership Enrolment

  1. Enrolling in Regal Rewards program signifies your acceptance to the full program terms and conditions which is available at www.regalhotel.com. Regal Hotels International Limited reserves the final decision on the interpretation of the terms and conditions of Regal Rewards program.
  2. Guests are eligible to free enrolment of Regal Rewards membership. Guest must provide all mandatory information to complete membership enrolment. The validity of a membership will be 1 year (12 months) from the day the membership is approved by Regal Hotels International Limited.
  3. Regal Rewards program is open to individuals aged 18 or above only. Regal Hotels International Limited reserves the right to grant, refuse or terminate Regal Rewards membership at its sole discretion.

Membership Benefits

  1. Regal Rewards members can enjoy the membership benefits during their next stay after successful enrolment. If the members submitted the membership enrolment with complete information upon check-out, stay and night record will be granted for that qualifying stay (if applicable) while Regal Rewards points will be granted for the qualifying spending of room master bill in that visit. Stay and night record as well as Regal Rewards points will not be granted for any stay and spending prior to successful enrolment of Regal Rewards membership.
  2. All membership benefits including discounts, promotional offers and use of vouchers will only be honored upon presentation of a valid Regal Rewards Membership Card by the member in person. They cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or membership offers, unless otherwise specified.
  3. Regal Rewards membership is a personal membership and for the member only. The membership as well as its benefits, accumulated stays, nights and points are non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other account. Each member would only be eligible for one membership. Neither membership benefits, stay and night records nor points would be combined if multiple memberships are applied by a member.
  4. Membership benefits are not applicable for complimentary stay. Members cannot earn Regal Rewards points nor accumulate stay and night record from any complimentary stay.
  5. All membership benefits including welcome amenities and room upgrade are subject to availability and hotel’s arrangement.
  6. A minimum period of one day must elapse between stays to enjoy the membership benefits. Any back-to-back eligible stays will be counted as one stay only.
  7. Platinum members can enjoy complimentary round-trip airport hotel shuttle bus service once per stay (only available at Regal Hongkong Hotel, Regal Kowloon Hotel, Regal Riverside Hotel and iclub Yuhong Hotel). Hotel shuttle bus service is operated in a fixed schedule and advance reservation is required. Please check with respective hotel for details upon room reservation. Regal Hotels International Limited may update the routes and schedules of hotel shuttle bus service from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  8. Platinum member and the accompanying spouse may enjoy upgraded benefits for a maximum of 3 nights per stay: room upgrade to Executive Club Floor and enjoy its facilities and benefits for stays at Regal Hotels; room upgrade to iBusiness room and enjoy complimentary buffet breakfast and selected benefits for stays at iclub Yuhong Hotel; room upgrade to next room category (if applicable) for stays at other iclub Hotels. Room upgrade is limited to the room occupied by the Platinum member and upgraded benefits are applicable to the Platinum member and the accompanying spouse.
  9. Pressing and turndown services are not applicable to all iclub Hotels. Alcoholic drinks and restaurant are not available at all iclub Hotels in Hong Kong. Upgraded bathroom amenities are not available at iclub Yuhong Hotel.
  10. Free internet access is limited to access in-room and at restaurants only.
  11. Members must provide written notice to Regal Hotels International Limited to terminate their Regal Rewards membership. All benefits will be ceased and all points will be forfeited upon the confirmation of Regal Hotels International Limited.

Membership Upgrade/Renewal/Downgrade

  1. Members fulfilled the qualifying criteria within the membership year would be upgraded/ renewed/downgraded. Members fulfilled 5 qualifying stays or 10 qualifying nights will be upgraded to Gold membership while those who fulfilled 15 qualifying stays or 30 qualifying nights will be upgraded to Platinum membership, unless otherwise specified.
  2. Qualifying stays and nights include room bookings at published rates on Regal Hotels’ website www.regalhotel.com (excluding long stays rates), negotiated corporate rates, convention and meeting rates, consortia rates, promotional rates and government rates. Bookings must be made directly with Regal Hotels’ website, hotels’ reservation hotlines and Global Distribution System. No-shows, cancelled bookings and complimentary stays will not be counted.
  3. Membership is valid for 1 year (12 months). Membership upgrade will be processed immediately as soon as the members fulfill the qualifying criteria, while the validity of Regal Rewards points will remain unchanged. Members can enjoy the offers and benefits of upgraded tier in their next stay. Membership renewal/downgrade will be processed after membership expired.
  4. The qualifying criteria for membership upgrade/renewal are limited to qualifying stays or qualifying nights with the room physically occupied by the members only.
  5. Day use room package will not be counted for qualifying night.

Regal Rewards Points

  1. Unless otherwise specified, Regal Rewards points will be granted for qualifying spending including room accommodation, food and beverages, laundry services and spa treatments charged to the room master bill of participating hotels during a qualifying stay and excluding no-show charges, cancellation penalties and any spending during complimentary stays. Spending on food and beverages includes mini-bar items, dining at restaurants and room services and excludes cake shops, banquet, meeting packages, function room charges, happy hour, tips, etc.; spa treatments exclude product sales. Regal Hotels International Limited may update the qualifying spending from time to time at its sole discretion without prior notice.
  2. Classic, Gold and Platinum members can earn 1 point, 1.1 points and 1.2 points per HKD/RMB1 qualifying spending respectively.
  3. Members must be the registered guest, the occupant and the payer of the room master bill with a valid Regal Rewards membership and settle payment in full to earn Regal Rewards points. The bill paid by an organization, association or group does not qualify for earning Regal Rewards points.
  4. A maximum of two rooms will be eligible for Regal Rewards points per night if payment is made by member’s own account and the member physically stays in one of the rooms. Only one member will be granted points.
  5. Regal Rewards points will not be granted for service charge, tips, local and government taxes (if applicable) and cash advance.
  6. Regal Rewards points will be accumulated and valid within a point cycle of 12 months from the join date of membership. Thereafter, the successive 12 months will be regarded as a new point cycle. The accumulated points earned in a particular point cycle will be forfeited after 6 months of that point cycle.
  7. Regal Rewards points will be credited to members’ account within 2 weeks after check-out. In case of any dispute on point calculation, members are required to send an email with membership number, registered full name, hotel stayed, arrival and departure dates to regalrewards@regalhotel.com within 2 months from the check-out date. Late submission will not be entertained. All records are subject to the computer records of Regal Hotels International Limited. Retro-claiming of Regal Rewards points is subject to the computer records of Regal Hotels International Limited and its decision shall be final and conclusive.
  8. Members are responsible to provide a valid email and correspondence address to enable Regal Hotels International Limited to communicate with the members and provide information to the members. Members can access their online account on www.loyalty.regalhotel.com or send a request to regalrewards@regalhotel.com to update their correspondence details. Regal Hotels International Limited shall not be liable for any loss of the members due to non-receipt of communications or information.

Rewards Redemption

  1. To use Regal Rewards points to redeem rewards, guests must have a valid Regal Rewards membership.
  2. All redeemed rewards must be used by the designated Regal Rewards members in person.
  3. Room upgrade redeemed by Regal Rewards points is subject to hotel’s availability. It is applicable for the room physically occupied by the member only. Prior reservation is required.
  4. In the event of a reservation is amended, the associated room upgrade redemption will be re-confirmed which is subject to hotel’s availability.
  5. In the event of a reservation is cancelled where pre-requisite cancellation rules are met, the associated room upgrade redemption will be cancelled. Regal Rewards points will not be deducted. In the event of a reservation is cancelled where cancellations rules are not met, the associated room upgrade redemption will be forfeited and the used points will not be revalidated.
  6. In the event of a no-show, the associated room upgrade redemption will be forfeited and the used points will not be revalidated.
  7. Instant rewards must be used during the current stay and cannot be extended or cancelled after redemption is confirmed.
  8. Redemption of buffet breakfast and use of meeting room inside Business Centre are not available at all iclub Hotels in Hong Kong.
  9. Redemption of hotel shuttle bus service is only available at Regal Hongkong Hotel, Regal Kowloon Hotel, Regal Riverside Hotel and iclub Yuhong Hotel.
  10. Redemption of room upgrade is not applicable to all iclub Hotels.
  11. Redemption of spa treatments is only available at Regal Airport Hotel or Regal Riverside Hotel in Hong Kong and is applicable to members staying at that hotel only.
  12. Regal Vouchers redeemed by Regal Rewards points can only be used for settling the spending on room accommodation, food and beverages, laundry services and spa treatments charged to room master bill of participating hotels.
  13. Regal Vouchers can only be used by the designated Regal Rewards member in person. Members are required to present the original voucher and notify Front Office staff the voucher will be used upon check-in at the hotel.
  14. Regal Vouchers will be valid for 6 to 12 months from the date of issuance and use of voucher is subject to the terms and conditions printed on the Regal Voucher. Members are responsible for using the redeemed vouchers before expired. Regal Hotels International Limited shall not be liable for any loss of unused vouchers and the associated points will not be revalidated.
  15. If Regal Rewards members use the Regal Voucher as deposit for their booking of next stay, the booking must be confirmed by related hotel and the stay must be completed within 3 months.
  16. If the bill is less than the face value of the Regal Voucher, no change will be provided.
  17. The value amount settled by Regal Voucher cannot earn any Regal Rewards points.
  18. Regal Voucher redemption will take around 6 weeks to process and arrange delivery.
  19. No replacement, refund, extension or revalidation of points if voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or expired.
  20. Asia Miles will be credited to Regal Rewards members’ registered Asia Miles account within 10 weeks with complete information provided by the members. It is subject to the terms and conditions of Asia Miles.
  21. All redeemed rewards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable and cannot be cancelled. All used points cannot be revalidated.

General Terms and Conditions

  1. If Regal Hotels International Limited terminates its affiliation with any hotels or partners, the benefits and services at that property as well as the products and offers provided by that partner will not be awarded. Regal Hotels International Limited assumes no responsibilities and liabilities for changes or discontinuance of any partnership.
  2. Members must ensure that their online membership account information (including member login and password) is not disclosed to any unauthorized parties. Regal Hotels International Limited shall not be held liable for the consequences of any unauthorized use of online membership account information, including unauthorized redemption of Regal Rewards points, subsequent to disclosure of their account information by members.
  3. All information collected from Regal Rewards members will be used by Regal Hotels International Limited and its affiliate companies for marketing purposes and Regal Rewards membership maintenance only in accordance with the privacy notice of Regal Hotels International Limited.
  4. All Membership benefits will only be honored upon presentation of a valid Membership Card by the member in person. Respective staff of Regal Hotels or any of its facilities/restaurants/hotels (where applicable) reserves the right to request for valid identification document(s) of the user for verification purposes, including but not limited to documents such as credit card and/or driving license.
  5. Regal Hotels International, at its sole and absolute discretion from time to time without prior notice to members, reserves the right to modify or change any applicable terms and conditions and any other rules and policies including but not limited to applicable benefits, rewards redemption items, Member agrees and acknowledges that any updated version of such applicable terms and conditions, rules and policies shall prevail over any previous version(s) and shall bind the member as from the effective date of the respective updated version.
  6. Regal Hotels International Limited reserves the right to, at its sole and absolute discretion, terminate forthwith any membership without prior notice under any circumstances Regal Hotels International Limited considers appropriate, including but not limited to circumstances where a member engages in any fraudulent acts, misconducts, or fails to comply with any applicable terms and conditions.
  7. Upon termination of membership (due to any reason whatsoever), the use of Membership Card and all Membership benefits (including but not limited to use of vouchers and use of reward points) shall cease forthwith and all unused reward points shall be forfeited forthwith without any compensation. Such termination shall be without prejudice to the accrued rights and remedies of Regal Hotels International Limited.
  8. Regal Hotels International Limited has the right to change, add or delete any of the program rules, terms and conditions, benefits, rewards, conversion rate and promotional benefits pertaining to the program, in whole or in part, at any time, at its sole discretion, without prior notice.
  9. Should a dispute arise, all terms and conditions will be based on the English version. Regal Hotels International Limited reserves the right to arbitrate the final decision.
